You have to be really, really good to get a job and/or a promotion if you are a white guy.

Where I work, there are 40+ people on the team I work in. Of those people there are 5 white men, one of whom is openly gay.

The 5 are probably in the top 8 to 10 in performance. They won’t get half of the promotions. Maybe one will get one. The white guys need to slow it down. Think of John Galt.
