I can imagine, at that point, if you don’t enroll your child, it would be a strike against you as a parent. You would be publicly pilloried for depriving your child of these crucial programs.
They want to remove any imprinting a parent might be able to provide to a child.
They will reserve that for The State.
You are 100% correct. All totalitarian societies want to control of their peoples’ children. When the ancient Romans conquered a tribe they forced the leaders and prominent families to send the their children to Rome to be educated on how to be good Romans. After 10 years or more in Rome, they came back as Romans loyal to the Rome Empire.
