The headline says schools with hunting and archery classes are having federal funds withheld, but the text reads “school hunting and archery classes are precluded from receiving federal funding” which isn’t quite the same thing. Why should there be federal funding for an archery or hunting class?

And don’t you love how if Republicans sign onto something, the bill is called “The Bipartisan Imprison Trump Act”.

The contradiction in the article actually points out why the withholding of fed funds is unconstitutional - They are withholding all fed funds to schools that have those programs and classes, but they are not federally funded. Those classes have ZERO actual connection to federal funds. This is a classic example of ultra vires EO's and agency actions. Strictly Illegal.
