I have three pins in my right knee and three pins in my right hip. I’ve never once used the ADA
Bush was just another repooblican president who was indistinguishable from the left in so many ways.
Nixon who brought us OSHA and EPA and took us off the gold standard and opened the door for profit hospitals at the urging of his buddy Kiaser.
then Bush who did this and indirectly opened the doors to asylums that kept crazy, helpless and dangerous people where they belonged.
How many more can you name?
Fed.gov has no right whatsoever to force local businesses to re-design parking lots, stairways and bathrooms, but they did.
Lawyers now use this law to turn off websites they don’t like - because no “disabled access.”
Another reason to hate the Bushes, their offspring and neocons in general.
The bane of janitors. I’m 6’ 2” and I can’t count the number of times I’ve hit the top of a low boy urinal because they sit so darn low. And I’ve never seen a cripple actually use one.
And now we have a mentally retarded President
I despise it too, and I am disabled myself.
I have been disabled since birth and I have never used the ADA either.
I've noticed that Yankees who move down to my suburb get handicap tags as a matter of course, since parking is much more limited in the older cities they moved from.
It's amusing to see middle-aged folks hop out of their Jeeps parked in handicap spots at my local Publix, Jeeps with decals and stickers denoting some kind of physical outdoors activities.
All while I hobble in from the back of the lot on two arthritic knees.
