"Biden administration proposes new rules to push insurers to boost mental health coverage [??? emphasis added]"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Patriots are reminded that, although POTUS can propose new rules to Congress, the rules must be reasonably compliant with Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
And POTUS can only pass or veto bills based on those rules.
Regarding mental health coverage, the states have never expressly constitutional given the feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend for mental health purposes.
In other words, POTUS, Congress, and likewise corrupt media are once again trying to pull the wool over everybody's eyes.
The definition of insanity is reelecting your beloved career state and federal lawmakers and executives over and over again, expecting those same politicians to find remedies for unconstitutional government policies every time.
Patriots, let's not allow ourselves to be fooled for a third time in 2024.
Primary all incumbent state and federal lawmakers and executives in 2024, replacing them with patriots that Trump endorses from lists provided by patriots who respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.
Bait for votes the list will be long until the election.
Smaller hooks but more of them.
