Possible. Sepsis is a terrible thing, and it seems it was aggravated by reduced circulation in the limbs due to vaso drugs (used to increase blood pressure).
My brother in law just passed, as a consequence of radiation treatment for aggressive cancer. Reduced circulation as a side effect led to multiple infections, until there came a very bad one.
Sounds more like the side effects of a covid “vaccine”...
