"Maybe it was stolen, but it's coming out his own campaign people told him he had lost. His top lawyer, and his top data person, per Jason Miller. Maybe this is why Trump has never lifted a finger to actually investigate, or legally contest it once he actually had standing. Makes more sense than anything."

Your day-----ing betrays you, bEagle, it makes you sloppy, and thus your TDS at this point is just simply debauchery and masochism.

Republican Party PA v Boockvar, was filed long before the 2020 election.

Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Ordered [PDF] "all (PA) ballots received by mail after 8:00 p.m. on November 3, 2022, be segregated" and kept “in a secure, safe, and sealed container separate from other voted ballots”. Why?

Because Justice Alito directly anticipated that the 2020 election would be stolen.

Not only was this SCOTUS order not followed, not only did PA defy this Supreme Court Order for all to see, but PA intentionally took the longest time to certify their results of any state in modern presidential history.

Justice Roberts refused Justice Alito's request for the 4th vote to docket Republican Party PA.

Who appointed Roberts? George W. Bush, as Roberts was insisted upon by. the. exact. same. globalist. open. border. scumbag. know-nothing. RINOs. who backed !Yeb!, and are now behind DeSantis' campaign -- and getting exactly what they deserve -- nothing.

The day Alito opens up about the internal disposition of Republican Party PA at SCOTUS, and the deliberate blocking of the 4th cert vote by Roberts, will be the day the dam breaks about the 2020 election theft. You won't be here then, having been perma-banned when you Ronlims implode after South Carolina, so I'll accept your apologies now on behalf of President Trump and the Mission Statement of FreeRepublic.

Here’s one example. Trump was told repeatedly, by his own lawyers and others, that the results of an election have to be decided, before you can show any damages, which is required before you can claim legal standing, as many of his initial lawsuits were thrown out for a lack of standing.

https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-lawyers-had-to-explain-how-supreme-court-works-book-2021-9

But the day after the election was officially decided, and he finally had legal standing, Trump dropped all his legal challenges that the election was stolen, even though that was the exact time they should have been ramping up.

There’s stories out there that no lawyers wanted the cases though, probably because they knew they had a low chance of winning, but either way, he never attempted any legal challenges once he actually had the necessary legal standing to contest them.

Re: 114 - thanks for posting this. Miller is held in pretty good regard on FR, but I have seen comments on FR that Miller did not actually say what is quoted in the Committee report. No other specifics other than “he didn’t say that”.

That’s not especially good logic, but it is what it is.

Oh, that's what the DNC STORIES out there say? Well, the FACTS say that lawyers defending Trump would be punished by being REMOVED from their law firms.

the backlash against him stabbing President Trump in the back..

That dog won't hunt.

Sure, a handful of grumpy diehards are repeating Trump's "disloyalty" meme, but even Trump doesn't take that seriously.  In four years time, the only people who will be running with the "backstabber" narrative will be internet keyboard warriors who have never donated to a campaign or volunteered, and who only remember to vote roughly every other election.  There are ways for DeSanctus to destroy his political career by runnig against Trump, but he he's avoided the most obvious traps so far.  That said, thsi primary season has been boring so far, it would be good to see some fireworks at some point soon.

I'm hearing echoes from 2016.

It will never be 2016 again. Trump won the lottery when he ran against Hillary back then.

Republican Party PA v Boockvar, was filed long before the 2020 election.

You obviously can't keep up, you have to file the suit AFTER the results, in order to show damages, in order to have standing.

Not only was this SCOTUS order not followed, not only did PA defy this Supreme Court Order for all to see, but PA intentionally took the longest time to certify their results of any state in modern presidential history.

Yes, I remember that. It was, and still is, completely outrageous.

Justice Roberts refused Justice Alito's request for the 4th vote to docket Republican Party PA.

Now you're going off course into some sort of rabbit hole. It was Amy Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh who also refused to take this case. According to this, they didn't even give a reason. Those are Trump-appointed justices, are they not? If so, who's responsible for them being on the Supreme Court?

Yet somehow managed to plunge down the toilet in the polls. That is "avoiding obvious traps so far?"

Well, the FACTS say that lawyers defending Trump would be punished by being REMOVED from their law firms.

Well, that's some additional detail that is very likely true. But a billionaire should still be able to find some good lawyers, and afford to keep them on his OWN staff, if he really cared about putting up a fight, I would think. Trump Legal? Why not, if there's already been Trump Steaks, Trump University, etc?

That doesn’t make any sense. Sorry.
Are you basing your claim on this from Insider piece that quotes the following?
“ That’s according to “Peril,” by The Washington Post’s Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, an early copy of which Insider obtained.”
Holy smokes!

Do you have any idea how easy this was to refute? You are so warped by TDS, I'm just as happy to let wiki punch down on you...

"After the 2020 United States presidential election, the campaign for incumbent President Donald Trump and others filed at least 63 lawsuits contesting election processes, vote counting, and the vote certification process in multiple states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin." - wiki

After THE RESULTS, not after Election Day.

To have legal standing, you have to show damages. You don’t have any damages, until the results are officially announced you lost.

This was most recently an issue for Kari Lake, and why she chose to wait until AFTER the RESULTS were announced, before mounting her legal challenge.

I’m tired of trying to educate you boys on this, but hope you have a good rest of your night. Thanks.

If DeSantis were the GOP nominee, the marxists and dems would aim their artillery away from Trump to the position where Desantis would be standing.

You need to grow up. It’s time. Either participate in these discussions as an adult, or go sit at the kid’s table.

GE has a permanent spot at the kids table. He just isn’t capable of sane, rational thought. He is a joke and has been laughed at here for some time.

Every single talking point he spews is directly from DU...THAT is who he is.

I had great admiration and hope for Scott Walker as well when he ran for president. That went nowhere, and he got out before the damage was fatal.

I like DeSantis al lot. I want him to be a positive force for conservatives in the future.

This is doing real damage to his “brand”.

He needs to get out now before it’s permanent.
