Similar to your story, there was a lawyer in SoCal who made lots of money threatening vintners who used lead foil with lawsuits. He’d settle for less than the cost of defending the suit. Lots of wineries in SoCal. Lots of yoga studios, gyms, etc in NYC.
If we’re limited to two changing rooms (or restrooms) we’d better start putting up signs to say:
“people with a penis”
and
“people without a penis”
If folks can no longer agree on definitions for woman or for man I don’t know how else to make it clear.

What a deal! You can become rich in two easy steps. 1. pretend you’re the other sex. Dress accordingly and adopt a few mannerisms but make it obvious you still are your birth sex. Go into the bathroom that’s for the sex you pretend to be. If you get kicked out, you’ve hit the jackpot and you can start counting the money. If you don’t get kicked out, try in another place until you find one that “misgenders” you, then the riches start rolling in.
What a country! Riot in the streets and you get paid (NY.) Swing your twanger in the girls’ room and you collect enough for two mansions.
We had a guy whose “job” was going around town and suing local stores for trivial ADA violations. He would settle and pocket big bucks, but chump change compared to what this fake tranny creep is doing. He is raising the bar to $5 million per store which will trigger hundreds of copycat lawsuits across the country.
We are living in awful times between the horrible laws passed by Congress, horrendous unelected administrative “law,” progs, unscrupulous creeps, and liberals in general.

A recent survey in "Women's Health" magazine, reported that 78% of women were more comfortable undressing in front of men than undressing in front of women. They say that women are too judgmental, where men, of course, are just grateful.

Most “transgender” people still have their original equipment. We used to call the dudes transvestites or female impersonators. Women who dressed like men were “butch” or just called dykes.
Speaking of dykes, many years ago I had a job that involved transporting envelopes that traveled together in large plastic bags secured with zip ties. We used a particular hand tool to cut the zip ties. One day a certain male employee could not locate said tool, so he yelled out “has anyone seen the dykes?”
He got dirty looks from about eight directions, as the industry in question seemed to attract a certain type of woman, if you catch my drift.
Later he says to me, “what’s the big deal? That’s what my dad used to call those.”

Far more humane to both men and women would be to prevent this man from using any locker room at the facility. The business should protect the men and women from having to encounter anything that sickening. Give the creature a discount for never setting foot inside any locker room. Dress and home and shower at home. It’s bad enough people have to look at this creep exercising.
