Agree 💯 and I’m female. The deck has been stacked against white males for a very long time. Add being straight to the mix and it’s 100X worse.
One of the main reasons I left my home region of the Bay Area in CA. Five generations, but it was clear that as white male, others would be happily advanced ahead of me based solely on their sex or race. I look back now on my former employer at the time (early 2000s), and can see I was absolutely right. A dramatic shift.
