These best / worst lists are almost all meaningless garbage. When I was preparing to relocate from a major metro area, I occasionally looked at lists of best places to live, to retire, to buy a home, live inexpensively, etc. They all used the same leftwing criteria with an unswerving emphasis on racial diversity and sexual perversion.
They always tell you that college towns are a good place to live. Why?
