No, it is not. Not even a little bit. Nothing Trump did was criminal in nature. So him being "more forceful" would have no effect on him not committing a crime because he never committed one in the first place. DeSantis even implies no crime was committed. All he says is that Trump should have sent out another tweet that encouraged the people who were breaking shit in the Capitol to go home. He's not wrong, but Trump's actions were not criminal.
