Looking forward to when they hit a 52-YEAR low.

Definitely check back again at end of year. Disney is on the hook to buy Comcast's share of Hulu in early 2024. The formula isn't totally public, but it looks like the minimum price Disney must pay for the full share is $9.2 billion, maybe a lot more if Comcast plays hardball - which they will.

So where is Disney going to come up with $9 billion, or more? At present, its current assets vs. current liabilities are about 1:1, which is OK, but it also has $45 billion in long-term debt. It can't afford to drain all its cash to buy Hulu, especially as its movies are losing money and its park business is slowing. So it will likely need to load-up on expensive debt.
