The point is that as an institution the Judge ruled that such institutions cannot be compelled in California law to inform parents, apparently.

So I would ask, why parents send their kids to school in California?

What’s very sad is: kids are very suggestible...apparently there are a lot of adults who are suggestible,too.
Beyond that.. its not like sex mutilation surgery will save a child’s life. Or, even improve their lives. Probably the opposite result..suicide.
