It’s actually worse, the measure says any magazine capable of being modified to hold more than ten rounds is illegal. This eliminates virtually every magazine out there, regardless if it hold less than 10, as they all have detachable floor plates that can add +2 extensions. Magazines will have to be welded shut or glued shut, or built to never accept extensions, like a Smith 3913, 4014, etc.
This is such an evil law. If only a few more Republicans had bothered to vote it wouldn’t have passed, the lazy sods!
How much creative ballot counting would there need to be?
I can think of a couple of lazy, apolitical types that own guns. I’ll just laugh if they learn of this while trying to buy a new gun.
