I’m a little confused about one observation she made. She claims that nobody needs a gun with a large capacity magazine for self-defense. So, that means the government was just messin’ with me by making me carry a rifle with a large capacity magazine for 22 years. These “judges” should read up on firearms and trying reading the Second Amendment SLOWLY AND ONE WORD AT A TIME every so often.

Your conclusions need to be concise. Basically, the person bearing arms IS the judge.

A prog acquaintance years ago was bloating in a private club on the need to confiscate “assault” weapons. I asked him if he fully understood the implications of advocating the taking of firearms away from gun owners, while he was himself unarmed. He accused me of threatening him. I just grinned back at the cretin.

They seem to forget, the second they say the word “permit” they’ve lost the plot. I already have one, it’s called the 2A. End of story.

So I guess I have no “constitutional right” to own a nail gun because they are not needed to build a house when a hammer will do and therefore, they are not covered by the Second Amendment. “Judges” s*ck. They don’t know how to think and read.

“which requires residents to undergo safety training and a background check to obtain a permit to buy a gun”

Will not even clear the 9th circuit.

This law will not exist next year.

"are not commonly used for self-defense, and are therefore not protected by the Second Amendment..."

Someone's either FOS or doesn't understand the 2nd amendment. Either way, this judge has no business occupying the bench.

A. OR elections are rotten to the core; I seriously doubt voters “really” voted for it.

B. It will get bumped up to SCOTUS who will trash it.

And a couple from James Madison.

“A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”

“Oppressors can tyrannize only when they achieve a standing army, an enslaved press, and a disarmed populace.”

Large capacity magazines “are not commonly used for self-defense, and are therefore not protected by the Second Amendment,” Immergut wrote.

Bullshit! There are literally hundreds of firearm models that come standard from the factory with more than 10 round magazines. This equals tens of millions of firearms.
