The family of an 11-year-old child who was killed in an allegedly drunken crash has slammed a Portland, Ore., judge for releasing the accused motorist without bail, a report said.
Duprie Smith, 29, who suffered a gunshot and was driving himself to the hospital at the time of the crash, was released without bail by Judge Michael Greenlick, despite prosecutors requesting it be set at $100,000.
Victim Ryan Ambrose’s family is now demanding justice for the little boy.
“He was killed by a drunk driver and now this guy is in his house watching TV and my grandson is in a case in the funeral home right now,” the boy’s grandfather Mario Trejo told KPTV. “We think this is not fair. What are they trying to do? Wait until he kills someone else and then arrest him? He was drunk driving 90 miles an hour. Ran every single red light. This is not fair. Where is the justice? We need it. The whole family needs it.”

That's a possibility. I have seen many cases in which someone is finally locked away after killing someone. I guess that's not good enough anymore.
The guy had a gun shot wound and was driving himself to hospital to save his life, misfortune al around.
More Soros style justice.
That does have a shelf life...and eventually people will get justice, whether through the courts or not.

BLACK GUY GETS RELEASED, BECAUSE THE “”CHILD”” DIDN’T MATTER TO THE COURTS.....No matter what color he was.....
I won’t be surprised when they start writing stories about accident deaths of controversial judges.

After Sarah Root was killed by was killed by illegal alien Edwin Mejia, the press that President Trump by focusing on the case jumped from $50,000 ($5,000) to $2,000,000 for illegal aliens due to their high flight risk.

Sorry. Sarah’s killer was given a $50,000 bail. He paid $5k and hasn’t been seen since. Trump bringing focus on the case, the judges etc. drastically increased bail when an illegal alien is involved in Nebraska. There was an incident a year or so ago, where one alien ran over the other & killed him. His bail was set at $2M because of Trump’s focus on illegal aliens. There have been other examples.
