Assuming that what he’s accused of is even a crime, he’s entitled to a presumption of innocence under natural law, even if not under the Romanian Constitution.

Oh sure, he’s entitled to a presumption of innocence. But he’s not entitled to people mischaracterizing what he’s accused of in an attempt to minimize the seriousness of it.
And if you are unfamiliar with those platforms, well, TikTok has a lot of short and silly “meme” videos and such, and political or entertainment content. OnlyFans is basically a subscription-based “host your own porn” site. So there’s a bit of a difference between saying “he made girls make TikTok videos” and “he made girls make OnlyFans (porn) videos”.
