If you bothered to watch the interview, you would know that he spent about 20 minutes speaking out against pornography and the people who use it. This would be strange behavior for an actual pornographer.
In addition, the prosecutors in Romania also seem to be having difficulty finding any victims of his alleged crimes. Real criminals are being released without charges in every major city. The only people being prosecuted today seem to be conservatives being targeted with phony charges (e.g. President Trump).

I watched the interview. Based on what he said during the interview, he definitely is not today’s Hugh Hefner, and says all the charges are false.
He is under house arrest, not in jail.
