Yep. Great community. I’m Texan by birth, ancestors were here during the Republic of Texas.
If I ever have to move again, OK would be on top of the list. Same kind of strong people. They never ever voted for Obama. Not in a single county.
Outside sports rivalry, TX and OK are joined at the hip. My daughter is an OU grad. (don’t hold that against me or her, we lived there)
It was where Sam Houston went in exile.
That means it is a peaceful community.
