As if any of us have a choice. I once had to suffer through one of those diversity, equity and inclusion bs sessions at the hospital I work in.

I'm sure you can picture this: About two dozen people in a small, hot and stuffy conference room and this black woman(they're always black) was going on and on about how we're all equal and diversity is our strength. After about two hours of this tedium I asked her "If we're all equal then how is diversity our strength?'' The woman looked at me blankly for about two or three seconds, said nothing and then just kept yapping away.
