I doubt it.
A LOT of work goes into getting them to run and Captan Fag just does not fit the bill for doing that.
After poking around in several different articles there are no discriptions of the weapons or photos.
Looks to me like “ghost gun” got thrown into the headline because of a cool factor for the progs.
I expect there will be more...
