Black youth are heavy into marijuana. As they copy their rapper idols, most of whom smoke that crap all day long. Most of the black shooters are stoned when they unleash the hail of bullets. So their accuracy is abysmal.
Would make an interesting research document as to how many shooters had drugs in their systems when they attacked and what kind.
Straight out medical survey. The results couldn’t be tampered with if an outside medical research group is hired to do the tests and publish the results.
Could provide an important clue as to one factor involved in these shootings.
The few videos I’ve seen the perps they almost randomly spray the crowd.
IMHO should be the death penalty for crimes like those. It’s basically attempted murder x dozens.
