Never a United fan here either.
My daughter is getting married tomorrow. Bet you wanna hear how I feel about all these canceled flights? Everyone who can’t make it has been on United. Every single one. Lost at least 10 people and this is a pretty small wedding. Almost everyone has a disaster story from the travel this week to get to this destination wedding, including our son and daughter in law who had to drive in instead.
I’m certain after this that most everyone will not likely use United again, given the chance. The stories our guests have told us have been horrendous, and that’s the ones who have made it here by hook or crook.
Tomorrow will be a spectacular day without the “help” from United.
