I don’t think this is exactly the right one but it’s close. Chinese acquisition of machines tools (indicates how fast an economy is gearing up) started exploding after a short plateau roughly a year after he assumed office then started dropping rapidly towards his last few years (but still higher than before). The entire increases neatly fits within his term.
