The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday struck down race-conscious student admissions programs at Harvard University and the University of North Carolina in a sharp setback to affirmative action policies often used to increase the number of Black, Hispanic and other underrepresented minority groups on campuses.
The justices ruled in favor of a group called Students for Fair Admissions, founded by anti-affirmative action activist Edward Blum, in its appeal of lower court rulings upholding programs used at the two prestigious schools to foster a diverse student population.
The decision, powered by the court's conservative justices with the liberal justices in dissent, was 6-3 against the University of North Carolina and 6-2 against Harvard. Liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson did not participate in the Harvard case.

First, the feds are unconstitutionally meddling in education. GET THEM OUT of our schools and universities.
Second, I suppose the 14th Amendment is applicable against affirmative action limited to government hiring.
Other than than that, freedom of choice (”discrimination”) is the right of the states and the people. The feds invented this hellish affirmative action but constitutionally the states have the right to decide what to do with it.
Basically they’ve removed the box check.
When leftists don’t like laws or judicial rulings, they either find a workaround, sue, or just flat out ignore it.

These liberal justices are so blind and ignorant that they argue the very thing the ruling upholds, i.e., EQUAL PROTECTION under the law?
Well, sort of.
For the past few years, they also engage in Insurrection, Terrorist Attacks, Murder, Arson, Bombing, Violence, Theft and Vandalism in many American Cities.
The Supreme court is racist, and so is the constitution.
Equal protection under the law, is racist.
All that according to democrats. Their fix is to undo the constitution and rewrite all the laws they don’t like. Obama and Schumer and Pelosi and most radical democrats don’t want a constitution, because, it restricts them from going hog-wild in implementing their will over the country.
