He stated recently in an interview that the CIA killed his uncle JFK. That he knows this based on evidence without a doubt. He also stated that he is confident that they had a hand in the death of his father. However he can not prove it.
So, yes he knows running for POTUS and making the statements he has made put his life in danger.
He also stated in the same interview that 50%+ of the voters in the USA are against an changes in our right to bear arms.
So, he knows that this would never pass the House or Senate.
