I agree with you. Trump’s look what I have done didn’t go over well with the GOD who allowed him to win. The Book says that GOD places kings and queens in place and he takes them away. Trump’s chest bumping might have cost him. The Book said that Pride is a big deal with the LORD and He deals strongly with those types. Trump needs to learn when to talk and when to keep his big mouth shut. I voted for him both times because he was our candidate and I thought he could win and might make a fairly good prez since he had great business sense and that is what the gov is, a big business, making money by stealing ours and blowing it on social issues. So, thought he might cuts some of that crap. I am all for helping those in need. The Book tells us that we should help the poor, however it also says that the poor will always be with us, so we will never make them all go away. I don’t think he will be the candidate unless something BIG happens to clean up some of this crap going on.

I remember watching one of his speeches right before the election, he stepped in front of the podium and proceeded to list his accomplishments and ask the rhetorical question about who was able to get all this done and then he stuck his thumb in his chest a few times and said “I did.”

After spending quite a few years in and around the military and understanding the team concept and how EVERYBODY is part of the solution and the successful operations and deployments, that just totally went against the grain, because if it wasn’t for the people on the ground the people in his administration that were backing things up the people in the various departments who were on board and functioning properly... none of it would have been accomplished.

What he should have said was something along the lines of - through all the obstructionism that my Administration has gone through, we prevailed and everybody who was involved in the successes we shared should be congratulated for a job well done.

But he chose not to.
