Yep. I came in (in a water test) at exactly 11% body fat six months ago.
I am morbidly obese according to BMI because I’m a muscular male.
I have to go in, every year, for tape measure tests.
Yeah, I relate. My ideal weight is about 20 pounds over what the BMI calls “obese” for my height, which is nonsense. When I have been that weight, nobody would have called me overweight much less “obese”. While I am a bit over my ideal now, I don’t appreciate the brain dead scale that calls me grossly overweight even when I am fit.
