Calif. Republican says bill allows state to 'discriminate based on race when providing services

A California Democratic lawmaker accused his Republican colleague, the state assembly’s first Muslim member, of White supremacy for declining to back a bill that would allow state funds to go toward programs based on race in what critics are calling state-sanctioned discrimination.

Democratic Assemblymember Corey Jackson, who proposed ACA-7, said it’s meant to address "persistent disparities in health, education, and economic outcomes for certain communities" in California.

Jackson's bill would amend the state’s constitution in order to allow taxpayer money to fund "culturally specific programs in any industry if those programs are established or otherwise implemented by the state for purposes of increasing the life expectancy of, improving educational outcomes for, or lifting out of poverty specific groups based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, or marginalized genders, sexes, or sexual orientations."

Well, there's historical precedent. According to one Muslim tradition, Muhammad himself said that whites were best ... as sex slaves. Particularly "Banu al-Asfar" which means "children of yellow" (hair -- blondes).

The phrases, “White supremacy and racist”, along with any sentence containing “phobia” indicates that the user has 1) almost immeasurably low IQ, 2) no morals, and 3) no real argument whatsoever. Treat the morons as ...morons.

How did he know what whites were? I don’t think they thought of race in modern terms.

More to the point that that "already to the point," many Hadiths say that if one says Mohamed is NOT white, they should be killed. Yup.

In the hands of the Left, race is whatever they say it is. Or not. Sex is whatever they say it is. Or not. Crime is what they say it is, and look the other way when caught.

True that. And I was being silly to make another point about Muslims. But I believe they saw tribal differences and kingdom differences. Hence, making sex slaves out of "yellow haired" women (blondes) was probably about as much about planting the flag on the Byzantine Empire as it was about the attractiveness of the blondes themselves. To them it was like not just winning the game, but also tearing down the opponents goalposts.

Plus, they really played up some differences (real or imagined) between the Muslims and the Europeans. As the centuries went by the Muslim pirates expanded on Muhammad's blonde slave talk by saying, "Ya know, Omar. Them European women are more into sex than Muslim women." And, "I hear they like being raped." Like fish tales, the more they talked about it the more enticing European sex slaves became in their culture. From 1 to 1.2 million Europeans were captured into slavery for the Berber (north Africa) slave trade. The primary purpose of the women was sex slavery. And they had to keep capturing more and more not just because the women were wore out and discarded, but because any child born to them by rape was considered a child of the rapist and, therefore, not a future slave. The only way the rape victims kept their children is if they renounced Christianity and turned Muslim (at least in word). And even then, it means the child was not a future slave (thus there wasn't much chattel slavery breeding new slaves).

This is, IMHO, why much of north Africa is white today, why people like Gadhafi could've passed for a white man.

If special programs are needed to provide special help to some that others apparently do no need, does that not imply that some are inherently supremier than others?

You know, Democrats keep mentioning “systemic racism” and “institutionalized racism”...well, the way I see it, they sure seem to be trying to codify those two very things into law...only allowing legalized racism against WHITES!

I mean, it has been the implied law and enforced accordingly for quite some time...but they are flat-out trying to put Jim Crow laws against whites ON THE BOOKS!!
