Minneapolis doesn't have to defund the police. Merrick Garland's Department of inJustice will handcuff them so badly that it'll be IMPOSSIBLE for them to arrest anyone, no matter what the crime.
Anyone who cares about their family's personal safety should exit Minnesomalia with extreme haste.
