Too many carbs. Food stamps are a tough way to eat
EBT cards/food stamps can be used to buy all the fresh veggies, meat and fruit you want-you take it home and cook it-that is what the hippos with the EBT cards don’t want to do-just look at the frozen, canned and other convenience foods in one of their carts-never mind the sodas, white bread and bakery goods. If it were up to me, EBT cards would require a nutrition course before approval-and would only cover fresh food...
