You have heard no one, Not One person, say that Trump is above the law, any law. You just have not heard that, and if you say that you are just plain lying.
Now, there are no laws that govern the Executive Branch except the Constitution. There are three branches of government and per the Constitution, cannot intrude on the other’s Constitutionally delegated powers.
That is why the indictment does not mention Trump illegally having documents.
