In an Instagram post on Thursday, Green Beret combat veteran and dad of three Nick Freitas shared with his followers a 2017 WRTV Indianapolis interview with Jack Reynolds, a pedophile who targeted children in the 1980s and spent 12 years in prison for it.
In the interview, Reynolds was asked what “characteristics” he “looked for in children before molesting them.” Reynolds responded by saying it was a child’s family that mattered more than the actual child. “If I thought the father was a threat, I would not approach the child,” he said.
Freitas said this revelation means a few things for dads: “One, you better be a threat,” and “two, you better be present enough in your child’s life to where they know you’re a threat.”
“And I would say it tells us one more thing that’s very interesting,” Freitas continued. “There’s a lot of people right now that seem hellbent to have sexual conversations with our children without our knowledge. Those are the same people telling us that the very things that make you a threat are manifestations of toxic masculinity. So maybe we shouldn’t listen to those people.”

No quarter for predators
I don’t know. I think quartering them would be just fine.
Best thing a dad could do these days is teach their kids how to fight, and I mean fight dirty, to wound, maim, or cause great pain, so they have a chance of surviving an encounter with a predator. They’ll probably only get one chance and ‘chance favors the prepared mind’.
Not only because dad can’t always be there, but as you say, if/when he takes action he’s liable to be punished. The first line of defense comes down to the kids themselves.
When we were kids, our dads would have taken care of the pedo’s while the cops looked the other way.
Dad’s teaching their kids to fight is crucial.
But I think the bigger problem is schools being completely unaccountable to parents.
Children spend most of their waking hours at school, away from their parents. That’s not going to change.
So what needs to happen is parents need to get active and assert their authority over schools. They need to demand that schools stick to teaching the basics, stay away from controversial subjects, and lay off revisionist history.
The schools are brainwashing and indoctrinating children with all sorts of dangerous nonsense and if we think things are messed up now, just wait until these completely brainwashed and confused children are running things.
Parents need to elect representatives that 100% support parental authority over education.
And in the meantime, I really believe parents should pull their children out of school immediately - and when the state comes for them - that should be the start of American Revolution II.
Bump
During my life, I was asked many times if I knew how to box. I answered no, I know how to fight. Amazingly, a lot of males did not know the difference.
I agree. I was 5’ 7” and 125 lbs in HS. Dad said go for the nose and then balls. They drop like a rock.
He wasn’t much bigger than me and NO ONE would dare mess with him.
Actually, killing pedo’s is every Dad’s Superpower.
Thanks for the post.
Hence Leftists attacks on what they call “toxic masculinity”. They want to sexually assault children without fear of repercussions.
