Putin has limited resources, especially a very weak economy that can't support a prolonged war. Limited economic strength means very limited weaponry and very limited funds to pay for his military personnel. Russia bit off more than he can chew and it's showing.

So, it's you Putinistas and Russkies that need to get a grip on reality, and reality is that Russia is struggling to continue doing war. Putin will be gone on less than a year. But, no need to shed your tears, since there are always more available from where Putin came from. Your Putin The Second will be arriving in less than 2 years.
