Hillary Clinton faced backlash on social media Friday after she appeared to make light of her own classified material scandal in a sardonic response to former President Donald Trump’s federal indictment.
Clinton tweeted out a link hawking hats with the phrase “But Her Emails” — a reference to a rally cry of sorts used by Trump during the 2016 presidential election over the former secretary of state’s use of a private email server during her time in the Obama administration. The email server fiasco led to a federal probe, but unlike Trump, Clinton was never charged.
“Bringing this back in light of recent news: Get a limited-edition But Her Emails hat and support [Onward Together] groups working to strengthen our democracy,” Clinton wrote in a tweet on Friday, including a link to buy the $32 “unstructured dad hat.” The former 2016 presidential candidate posted the tweet a day after Trump was indicted by a federal grand jury on 37 counts over his alleged mishandling of classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago resort.

President-elect Donald Trump admitted Tuesday that he probably won’t make good on his campaign pledge to pursue a new criminal investigation into his political rival, Hillary Clinton.
“It’s just not something that I feel very strongly about,” he said Tuesday afternoon in an on-the-record discussion with reporters from The New York Times.
Trump cast his reversal as a unifying move that, contrary to some of the early backlash, he believes won’t upset his supporters... and he doesn’t want to “hurt the Clintons.”
“I’m not looking to go back and go through this,” he added.
My theory is that if Trump gets control of the justice department he can round up those involved in the Hillary email scandal. And he can round up Hillary and her associates. Then he can charge them all as co conspirators under the RICO statue. At that point the statue of limitations and all of those corrupt immunity agreements go in the trash.

He or any President that wants to go after clinton or bidens or election fraud will have to use RICO because they will run the clock out on all this stuff. The oversight committee looking at the bribery allegations of biden will have to turn over evidence to the biden owned DOJ. They will say the same thing as the FBI did about the laptop. “Oh yeah we have all this stuff, we are already looking into it.”
