The Deep State could care less who is President.
Their view—Presidents come and go—and have no “need to know”.
This got out of control under Eisenhower—his “military industrial complex” speech was a plea—and a confession.
The horse had left the barn.
That is a fact.
Many people in the bureaucracy quite clearly say “we don’t work for The Legislative branch” and do whatever they feel like. It has to end up in court to get them to stop, and even then...maybe they don’t.
It’s a criminal government that plays close to the edge.
