Typical teen behavior
Face it. Urban America is unlivable. “Teens” like this are very common. They are amoral, rarely held accountable for their behavior, are politically protected, chronically subsidized and even celebrated by delusional people who believe that they personally are “safe”.
I think TPTB WANT all these shootings so they can call an emergency and go house to house to collect guns.....or bring in the UN troops....

The demographics of the high school is all you need to know.
Richmond degenerated into southern version of Philadelphia a couple of decades ago...
Virginia seems to have a lot of school shootings, k-12 and college.
Do i REALLY need to LOOK??
Shooter is most likely a protected class, that they aren’t allowed to criticize.
Huguenot High School: 67% graduation rate. 61/30 black/hispanic (9% white/mixed/other). So 1/3 of the kids who enter the school in 9th grade drop out by 12th grade.
US News doesn’t track it, but we know that most dropouts occur 9th-10th grade, and most of those are certainly among the blacks/ hispanics, thus the graduation rate is even lower for those groups.
Overall reading proficiency is 58%. Take out the 7% whites, or even round that down to 5% and you’ve got about half the black/hispanic kids can’t pass the state reading exam.
Worse, there are 50+ lower performing high schools in Virginia.
And don’t forget, YOU are to blame!
