So, If you or your gang shoots at someone or someone’s gang, and if they shoot back, it is a get-out-of-jail free card! Dodge City at its worst was never this bad.

The only problem I see here is they will all need mandatory range time ..so they just shoot each other ...

and won’t miss...

Illegally and malicious disregard for public safety are often felony charges. This includes reckless shooting in occupied areas.

Hmmm. Where I live, if you get involved in mutual combat you have no right to use deadly force unless you withdraw from the combat, convey that clearly to the other combatant, and the other combatant then launches deadly force against you.

I would be surprised to find that agreeing to mutual combat (basically dueling) has been legalized in parts of the US.
