Pennsylvania man accused of child murders wore GPS monitor from prior shootings during crime, prosecutor says
Fox News ^ | June 2, 2023 | Michael Ruiz

A Pennsylvania man out on bail for two prior shootings is now facing three murder charges in the slayings of two young boys and a teenager, according to prosecutors.

Alex Torres-Santos, 22, allegedly opened fire on a home in Lebanon around 10 p.m. Wednesday, killing 19-year-old Joshua Lugo-Perez and fatally striking 8- and 9-year-old brothers who were all on the back porch at the time of the shooting, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Authorities believe Lugo-Perez was the intended target. He was not related to the two children, but Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf said in a statement that he lived with their family.

A fourth victim, a 33-year-old neighbor, was struck by a bullet that tore into his home. He was rushed to the hospital and survived.

Torres-Santos was arrested in January and again in February for allegedly shooting the same man both times. He was out on bail and wearing an ankle monitor, which police used to track his whereabouts at the time of Wednesday's triple murder.

Hess Graf's office had requested $100,000 bail in each case, but a judge set it at just $50,000 and ordered an ankle monitor bracelet, she said.

"[Torres-Santos] wore his bracelet to the homicide," Hess Graf said in a statement Thursday. "The location monitor and minimal bail imposed by the judge thus served as no deterrent to a violent criminal willing to take a life."

According to court documents, the GPS data showed Torres-Santos left his home at 9:42 p.m., lingered near the crime scene a few minutes around 10 p.m. and returned home about 20 minutes later.

Witnesses and surveillance video placed a suspect vehicle in the area at 10 p.m. and speeding away moments after the shooting, according to the court documents.

Gun grabbers are going to use this murder to add to the body count “proving” that guns need to be taken away from law-abiding citizens.

Just keeping busy.

What a detestable cretin.

And “out on bail” has a familiar ring to it. Something has to be done about these judges.

Soros knew what he was doing when he paid to get socialist district attorneys and prosecutors to take cases before his soft on crime judges. Spreading danger to citizens all over the country.

Oops. I mean Alex Torres-Santos. He was the open-fire-er. Joshua Lugo-Perez was the open-fire-ee.

I’ll bet this Alex Torres-Santos belongs to a certain unholy crime cartel from Central America called ms-13. Either that or the drug cartels from Mexico.

And “out on bail” has a familiar ring to it.

The "no bail" movement is just Cloward–Piven extended to the legal system.

Out on bail....
Article:

Sorostan: The 37 Million Americans Under Soros-Funded District Attorneys

Excerpt:
our research showed that Soros and his network of personal political action committees had flooded typically low-dollar district attorney elections with over $29 million backing left-wing “reform” candidates.

Read the “Living Room Pundit’s Guide to Soros District Attorneys”

In total Soros cash served as the backbone of two dozen successful campaigns, ushering in radical candidates whose policies have created a crime wave so massive that even the left-leaning New York Times has acknowledged it.

With just $29 million Soros has effectively created two systems of law in the country: one America based on hundreds of years of legal tradition and experience and another America where all norms have been thrown away in a bout of reformist fervor. The divide between these two Americas is so severe that commentators both Left and Right have remarked that places like Philadelphia and Los Angeles resemble “a third-world country.”

That judge ought to be charged with accessory to murder three times over. Perhaps he could die in prison to set an example and all that.

“add to the body count “proving” that guns need to be taken away”

Well what else could be done?

He had “an ankle monitor, which police used to track his whereabouts”

It looks like the judge tried to do all she could to protect the public from harm. If only that inanimate object had not been there. The object probably followed that young man over to the house where the boy went for study group.
That poor child was in as much danger as the other victims.

He was a good child , turning his life around , a long and successful rapping career laid in his path.

A tragedy all around.
We need more inanimate object control. NOW

....or not .... just saying ....

I presume that judges operate under some sort of immunity that protects them from being sued for allowing criminals to access more victims. I wonder how the guy feels about Torres-Santos shooting him, being released, shooting him again, being released, then massacring these kids.

Does the judge work for the cartels? Or maybe he hates Hispanic immigrants and wants to facilitate their murder? Actual Pennsylvania Men need to throw him off the bench.

I’m thinking they are all Puerto Ricans.

Lebanon PA has a high concentration of PR’s living in section 8 housing. Also in Reading PA and then Allentown and Bethlehem PA all the way to Hazelton.

Believe it or not, the Puerto Ricans who are recent arrivals (from the island) are much better behaved than the piece of shit cockroaches coming from New York and New Jersey. The “Nueva York” Ricans are the worst of the worst. They act more like urban ghetto blacks than islanders.
