When Russia annexed Crimea our military leaders saw how advanced Russia was in taking out Ukraines communications - even commenting it was impressive. But that was just it, it ‘revealed’ what we didn't know. Perhaps Russia's holding back what it really has and won't waste it on Ukraine.
