The U.S is a debtor country
The debt ceiling agreement is another Trump achievement via his MANY endorsed RINO buddies, Kevin McCarthy.
Trump showed real leadership in this debt ceiling debate by remaining silent the whole time while weak leaders, like DeSantis, came out condemning the deal.
I guess I am not smart enough to appreciate what the amazing Trump-acolyte, McCarthy, negotiated on behalf of US taxpayers.

I prefer not to call names. I truly believe that if Trump is the nominee we will either lose or it’ll be closer than it should be. That said, if Trump wins I’ll vote for him enthusiastically. My issue is with those folks who paint DeSantis as some kind of “Deep state” plant or “RINO” without any evidence and contrary to his record as Governor here in Florida.
Folks point to DeSantis’ backers as evidence of him being establishment while ignoring many of those same people backed Trump in 2016 and 2020. They point to the Bush family’s support of DeSantis. In my opinion, that has more to do with their hatred of Trump than their support of DeSantis. Even the simplest and logical criticism of Trump elicits an over the top reaction. That’s not healthy.

Funny, that “RINO victory” can be laid squarely at the feet of Trump. McCarthy was Trump’s pick to be Speaker. As hard as it was for McCarthy to win the job, he never would have won without Trump’s support. Actual conservatives wanted someone else.
