I'm pretty sure...I can ask whatever price for my property...and the FEDS can't do a thing about it.

Were it's a home or a car...or a piece of land.

Or a dog..a bike...ANYTHING!!!~!!!

If you ask $100k and it appraises for $80k, the buyer will likely need a larger down payment.

Now if your city or county has been charging property tax based on $100k, you might have grounds for appealing the low appraisal.
