You can prove that voting machines in Republican districts did malfunction at a high rate. You can show this video that shows evidence of suspicious activity.
This is a civil case, so the standard is a “preponderance of the evidence” not “beyond a reasonable doubt”. That’s something, at least. I wish Kari Lake well, and hope she succeeds. But it is an uphill battle.
