We were very fortunate to have had three West Wing tours during the Trump administration and each time, I wore a jacket, dress shirt & tie. Only one time was Trump at the WH and the night we had our tour, he was at a wedding for Stephen Miller at Trump Tower.
Do hoodies and gym shorts belong in the U.S. Senate?
New York Slmes wants e to buy a subscription to read an article they put online ... Bwhahahahaha .... FO
The shoes are fine. We’ve far, far, far greater things to worry about.
That’s a bit TMI. And what about JFK? And other Presidents?
I didn’t read your comment when I made that meme either...I guess it’s pretty obvious of a joke.
Clearly there isn’t enough on the laptop to report after the inquiry I watched as they must be all leaving for countries without extradition treaties. LOL. Wow, what a great watch!
With the senile, retarded clown currently occupying the Oval Office, I think anyone who is even wearing pants is overdressed.
Whatever happened to midnight basketball anyway? Didn't we spend millions on that back a few years ago?
It is the guy back there by the fireplace wearing the Depends that really breaks the standard as far as I am concerned,
These things have become super popular for daily office wear, especially among the younger crowd. Some are pretty wild with a full brogue upper. I can’t get past the white outsole.
OBAMA sat at the Presidential desk with no suit coat-—his tie askew—his sleeves rolled up-—and HIS FEET ON THE RESOLUTE DESK.
My first exposure to sneakers in the courtroom was when I had a case in the Federal District Court in San Diego as an ICE attorney. In walks the opposing counsel in sneakers. This was around 2000 or so I was dumbfounded. Things have surely continued to go downhill at a fast pace from there. No Fetterman appears on the House Floor in sweats and shorts.
Any pair of shoes they wear are “sneakers” because they’re being worn by liberal democrats.
I don’t really care that much about the sneakers. I see several other things in this picture than don’t belong in the Oval Office...
Ronald Reagan always wore a jacket in the Oval Office. Out of respect for the office. “Mister we could use a man like Ronald Reagan again...” Maybe that is why God gave us President Trump.
I remember the big kerfuffle about a group of young women wearing flip-flops while touring the White House when Dubya was president.
What these clowns are discussing is far more important than their footwear, but where is the respect and decorum expected of “leaders”?
Old people should wear comfortable shoes all the time. Rigid dress shoes can cause your feet to be painful. Sore feet will make you miserable. These Young punk writers don’t have a clue.
