I’m assuming this was just kids goofing off.
If so, why the hell were the cops ‘chasing’ them? Not wearing helmets? Exceeded the max # of passengers? All for ‘safety’, I’m sure.
This is what happens when the state digs its fingers into every aspect of life. They need to “enforce the law” and end up chasing kids on a bike into traffic.
At least the muzzle groomers are safe.
A smelly incident more to be revealed hopefully but the UK has the scent of a police state more and more every day.
