Any Treasury debt issued by Biden’s order is likely to be found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
Republicans in the House will not vote to pay on unconstitutional debt.
Even if Republicans lose their House majority, there are lots of Democrats in the House that would love to stiff rich ‘white’ financiers.
