MOSCOW, May 20-RIA Novosti. Russian forces have fully established control over Artemovsk, said the founder of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, his statement was published by the entrepreneur's press service in the Telegram channel.

"On the afternoon of May 20, Artemovsk, the last section of the so-called Samolet high-rise building, was completely taken," Prigozhin said.

According to him, from May 25, Wagner will begin withdrawing its units for rest and retraining. The fighters of the group will also create "the necessary lines of defense."

Control over the city will transferred to the Ministry of Defense, Prigozhin specified.

I understand pallets of cash have been flown to Ukraine to sustain that country.

As banks fail in this country, that's something to remember.

Hey! Wait a minute, I thought the Russians were losing.

Do you mean a rag-tag force of prisoners and malcontents just defeated the best of the US/NATO?

Way to go, Brandon.

Add this to the list....
-Vietnam
-Afghanistan
-Iraq
-Syria
-and more

Maybe that’s why the prancing worm took his show on the road. He’s hardly been there lately. I wonder how much cash he took with him on his trips.

In all its centuries long history, the Russian army has never liberated any place.

Avdiivka is next to fall. Followed by Marinka, Konstantinovka, and Krasnogorovka (Russian geography lesson). It's pretty clear that the Russian main effort is to capture the entirety of Donestk oblast.

Help me out here. How about Poland, Hungary, the entire eastern block? Weren't those countries liberated from Hitler?

By God I’m sure the survivors at Auschwitz were glad to see the Red Army regardless of their imperfections arrive at the gates.

They split Poland with hitler until the end of the war when they occupied all of these countries as communists

You’re ignorant as hell

No, they weren’t liberated, they were just transferred from one dictator to another.

It will be interesting to see if the Wagner Group continues to march west, or if they get replaced by other units. The Wagners must be exhausted.

What about the Tens of Billions U.S. Taxpayer dollars sent to the Homo Ukraine President
that was supposed to help with the Counter Offensive?
Where is the Counter Offensive or did the Ukraine President pocket the money?

From the article:

A resident of Artemovsk about the mass shooting of civilians by Ukrainian snipers - RIA Novosti, 1920, 05/20/2023 Snipers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the civilian population of Artemovsk, eyewitnesses reported.

Today, a Wagner fighter told RIA Novosti that the assault detachments took the road to the Kiev-controlled village of Ivanovskoye, which has now become the "finish line" in the battles for Artemovsk. His colleague also said that over the past day, Russian forces liberated a block on the outskirts of the city, forcing the enemy to flee from the stronghold.

There is no “liberation” by Russian savages. Russia has been a curse on Eastern Europe for centuries and Americans who cheer them on deserve painful kidney stones for the rest of their lives or at least deportation to Russia.
