Biden is making a career of handing down unconstitutional royal edicts in areas which congress ceded to the presidency. These edicts should be a lesson to Republican lawmakers.

There are hundreds of years of energy resources under the ground in Federal lands. The states need to rise up and demand custody of these properties.
