You can always tell when the Ukrainian military is making good progress. All of the pro-Russian posters on Free Republic are posting furiously.

The Russians had just moved helicopters from Bryansk to Mariupol and then the missiles arrived. Apparently there are partisans in Mariupol reporting on every Russian move.
