The process is for the CONVENIENCE of the President, and for lower level who want something declassified. but he does not have to FOLLOW it. It is his plenary power. Stupid millennial. The President does not need ANYONE’S permission and his decision is beyond review.
How long has the National Archives had the 16 documents in question, and why is the “evidence” of their “misclassification” just coming out now? How much attention is the National Archives focusing on the many classified documents that Biden had to check for possible irregularities? And what was he doing with classified documents that he obtained when he was VP? So many questions, so few answers.
